FRAUD BUYER = BIXME LLC

I contacted Account Health Support team on 1-22-24 and spoke to Shawana regarding numerous FRAUDULENT RETURNS from business buyer BIXME LLC

Shawan noted all the fraudulent returns and supposedly contacted Amazon Internal Team.

ALL of these orders have been reported via "Report Abuse" and as of today NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY INTERNAL TEAM since I received another order today (2-7-24) from business buyer BIXME LLC

Since reporting the fraudulent returns with proof they have committed fraud, I've had to cancel 8 orders which have affected my Pre-Fulfillment Rate which is now over 20%

Every order I ship is photographed before shipment and every return from this buyer is photographed and video taken. All have been provided to Account Health Support and I've sent emails to Bezos, Jassy and Mehta and received replies from Amazon.com Executive Escalations Department who have responded with they are "unable to act on these reports."

IT SEEMS THAT AMAZON IS PERFECTLY OKAY WITH THIS BUYER COMMITTING FRAUDULENT RETURNS.

My account is at Risk of Deactivation and every ASIN associated with the cancelled orders were blocked/inactivated.

I'm at a loss at how Amazon is not taking any action on fraud buyers :(

Did you get this resolved? Ive also had numerous orders from them, I assumed they were a reshipper. Had one yesterday and this morning. I just got my first return request for an order they received just under a month ago.
