In past experience, this is a form of theft by the buyer who lies and, despite sending proof of delivery. And if that weren't enough, the same person who ordered the package and has a record of the address and phone number is the same person who signs for and receives the package, yet they still dare to say nothing arrived.

From our experience, it's unfortunate that they won't support you. They only send messages so you don't leave them on read. But if you continue sending messages about the case, they only respond with the same old answers.

I suppose they haven't seen these cases of theft since the very foundation of this platform. I don't understand why they can't fix this, with so many millions they earn, and they can't change this absurd policy.

I hope this isn't your case and you get your money back.
