I tried Amazon Ground shipping on several packages but Amazon never came to pick up. Who do I contact to pick up? Can I drop off somewhere? Very difficult to get answers on the basics here.

Let me help you with your concern, for the contact options:
- Seller Support through Seller Central
- Use "Shipping & Delivery" category
- Specifically mention "Ground Advantage pickup issue"
Also, sometimes you can request to reschedule failed pickups:
- Go to Orders > Manage Orders
- Find the specific order
- Look for "Schedule Pickup" option
