FBA inventory not being checked in and shows as out of stock.

I have sent my inventory of 100 parts (all the same SKU) they received them but now it is showing as 1 checked in and nothing is changing. It has been over a week that they have had the parts. I'm afraid that they shipped the whole shipment of 100 pcs as 1. I can't get any answers from Amazon as they say I just need to wait. This is $6,000 of inventory that I don't want to loose. . Is there anybody that has any contact info for FBA? Seller central was no help.

What to do if you have a lost or delayed FBA Shipment

If the shipment is still in Receiving status and/or being transferred, there may still be updates to those quantities. Please review the article and keep an eye out for the shipment status.

"After we have confirmed receipt of all units, or your shipment has been open for more than 90 days, the status will change to “closed.” Around this time, if there were any quantity discrepancies, you can request investigation and reconcile your shipment."
