I need help regarding a VAT adjustment charge, that has been made to my account incorrectly. We didn’t change de RFC and we have no withholding on our account. The funds are deposited into Mexico so that we don’t have any additional withhold.

Amazon hast provided a withhold certificate, so they haven’t made the payment to SAT and they claim they cant refund it even when a few months ago they made the same mistake and issued the refund.

We have opened a case 17518533581, weeks ago and we are getting nowhere with it. we just keep getting the same response. I hope someone can provide assistance because the wuthhold is over $3000
