upc code missing

Hello, I'm unable to send my products with our own manufacturer barcodes, it says that UPC code missing, I do not remember what code we used when we created the listing. Is there any way to identify what UPC we used or update listing with new UPC?

Thank you!

You don't know what a UPC is? Or where to find it??

May I recommend Amazon seller university before you gift Amazon with whatever you are trying to send to them???

That is not possible. Each UPC is unique to ONE product and ONE listing.

Don't you have a database of your UPC codes from GS1? Normally it's a simple Excel sheet you get from GS1 and each time you list a new product you ad your inhouse information besides the new code. People using the UPC outside of Amazon update it also in the national GS1 database.

Maybe did you list without UPC asking a GTIN exemption?

IF you ordered and leased your GTIN/UPC from GS1 - log back into your account to look it up

If you bought from one of the resellers - perhaps you have the search ability in your email to find the numbers you bought - use those in google to find your item

Hello @Seller_QU0mtIPuXcFhG,

Michelle from the Community Manager team here. I have read your question regarding your UPC and as the other Sellers have stated, the UPC can belong to only one ASIN and a new UPC can't be assigned to the listing. The UPC should show in your Seller Account under Inventory > Manage All Inventory, then edit the listing and it should show the UPC that you used if you created the listing.

Have you reached out to Seller Support yet? If you have, can you please provide me with that case ID so I can take a look. If you haven't, start with Seller Support and let me know if you need additional help.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

Regards,

Michelle
