[Manual Review Request] 10+ Failed Appeals – Final POA Sent by Account Owner (ShoporiaMX)
Hi everyone,
I’m Elif Sancaktutan, the owner of the seller account ShoporiaMX on Amazon.com.mx.
My account was suspended for “inauthentic” ASINs that were never actually sold — because we operate under a legal dropshipping model. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of working with two different appeal service providers, and their submissions were not accurate or detailed enough.
As a result, I’ve had over 10 appeals rejected, and it seems the system is now auto-rejecting all new submissions.
This week, I personally prepared and submitted a brand new POA — with clear root cause, corrective and preventive actions, and proof of authentic past orders. I also emailed seller-performance@amazon.com requesting manual review.
🔹 I’m posting here in case anyone has experience getting past auto-rejections

🔹 We’ve delivered 327 successful orders with 100% satisfaction before this issue
