FBA shipment receiving delays for more than 2 months

I'm experiencing huge delays in FBA receiving; it's been more than 2 months already (almost 3 months). Is someone experiencing the same problem?

Thank you so much for reaching out about this! I know it's not ideal to hear, but sometimes the shipment process does take a bit of time to complete due to a variety of reasons, especially since it's peak season right now.

If you haven't done so already, I would recommend reading through this post about what to do if your FBA shipment is lost or delayed. The Inventory Ledger report may be able to provide you with additional information on your shipment as well.

Also, if you have any case IDs for this, I'd be happy to take a further look into those cases to make sure everything's on the right track.
