How do we see the Orders late on the OTDR Report, beyond the Date Range shown
Currently on the On-Time Delivery Rate Page.
It is showing this date range.
Promised Delivery Date : Nov 8, 2024 - Nov 21, 2024
Today is Nov 27th
How do I see all orders delivered late beyond the date range? Can't find any report for more recent data.
Example, orders with items promised to be delivered by Nov 23rd
Do I have to wait till the OTDR page has data range up to Nov 23rd in order to see?
Seems we can only findout theres a problem until 2 weeks after
