More than 1,400 items are reserved by Amazon for a period of up to 5 months.
In early April, my account began to encounter a situation where the inventory of FBA-SKUs (which were selling well) was reserved by Amazon. Then, the problem has persisted for an entire 5 months without being resolved.
During this period, I opened many cases but none of them were resolved for me. The amazon service representative said it would be transfered to the professional team, but there was still no response indicating any prograss or resolution.
There are a total of 7 SKUs, and over 1,400 units of inventory have been reserved.
