Refunded Order

Not sure what happened -- I shipped out an order on 12/04 and received notification that it has been delivered. I just checked my payments and saw that the order has been refunded to the customer and it has been taken out of my payments. There was no notice or communication with me stating the package did not arrive or that it arrived damaged, it was just refunded. Now I'm out $60 of product.

Has anyone else had this happen before? How did you go about getting it resolved? I understand that Amazon usually sides with the customer but there wasn't even any dispute, it was just refunded without notifying me.

We have seen individual Amazon customer service reps trash the rules and policies and issue full refunds.

Either Amazon Customer Service idgets that don't know what they're doing (most likely)

idgets that DO know what they're doing and think they can get away with it (for 5-star customer feedback to keep their pitiful jobs, or for the bribes being paid directly or indirectly to them)

or... one of those silent A-to-Z's- which you will see was opened and closed with full refund immediately, without any warning (check your A-to-Z's and see if it is there!)

Hello @Weldon_Flavorings_LL- Great advice to see if its in you A-Z Claims within Seller Central. If there is a A-Z that appears there, you do have the option to appeal this decision. Additionally, please consider looking into your ability to file a SAFE-T Claim. SAFE-T Claims allows you to file a claim for reimbursement if you want to appeal Amazon's decision to issue a refund to a customer. At Amazon's sole discretion, you could be issued a reimbursement in cases where Amazon determines that you were not at fault. Take a look at this help page for more details.

Kindest regards,
