Hello @A_Tech_accessories
Thank you for reaching out to seller forums. I hope you are having a fantastic day.
I understand that you have received a violation due to the authenticity of the product you are selling and the invoices you are submitting are not being accepted. I would like to ask you a couple of questions and provide you with information to assist you.
Where did you source your products from? Who is your supplier? When sourcing products, you want to make sure to vet your suppliers. How do you know your supplier is selling authentic products?
By selling inauthentic products, the trust between buyers, Amazon, and your business is called into question.
You have mentioned that you have bought the products directly from the store. Did you buy the products from the retail store? Or did you buy the products online?
Amazon assumes that you have all of the proper documents on hand before selling. It is always good to check out seller university, and to look into our Responsible Sourcing Documentation Request Requirements help page as well.
When submitting invoices, the supporting documents must meet the requirements.
• Invoices must be issued in the last 365 days
• Invoices must be the original invoices. You may circle or highlight or write the ASIN on the invoice with a pen.
• Invoices must reflect on your sales volume during the last 365 days.
• You suppliers information and your information must be present on the invoices. Your information on the invoice must match the invoice
Moving forward, how are you going to make sure that the products you are purchasing from your supplier is authentic?
To reinstate the listing, you must provide invoices that meets the requirements.
Best wishes,
