The order was delivered on April 29th. The customer said, "I'll try my luck in two and a half months, maybe I'll get my money back." She filed a complaint, but customer service didn't even bother to ask, "Where have you been for the last two and a half months?" They accepted the claim like an idiot and took money from me without even asking for proof of delivery. I sent an email, provided a tracking number, and submitted proof of delivery, but my email was rejected because I didn't enter the shipping company's name. Even if I forgot, the shipping name is on the proof of delivery. Go away and put a 5-year-old child in front of that computer; he won't do something as stupid as you. You are complete idiots.
