Amazon Mexico has been stealing money from my bank account
This is my last ditch effort before I will have to close my store... I hope someone can give me some advice.
Amazon Mexico has charged my bank account dozens of times over the past few years, and I do not, nor have I ever, owed them any money. I have tried everything I can think of to make it stop. I've opened many cases and spoken on the phone, in chat, in email, to Amazon trying to explain the issue. The cases get "transferred", to another department, but once they are transferred, no one ever contacts me.
Amazon Mexico steals money from my bank account at complete random, sometimes several times a month, sometimes not for several months. Sometimes it's a small amount like $10, sometimes it's almost $100. I do not have a lot of money so it has been a massive problem. I have to cancel my bank account, open a new one, file a fraud claim, and wait for my bank to reimburse me. Even though I keep getting new bank accounts that are NOT linked to Amazon Mexico, they somehow keep taking money anyways. No one I have spoken to has any explanation, but they also will not do anything about it.
I have removed my charge method from Amazon Mexico because I need the charges to stop, so now Amazon won't help me at all until I replace the charge method. I refuse to do that...
Apparently they have merged all North America for payments now, so now even when I sell books in Canada (the only store I have/use), "Amazon Mexico" will steal the money. For years I have received money from Amazon Canada, and separately Amazon Mexico has stolen from my bank, but now Amazon Mexico is stealing directly from my Amazon account earnings. I am devastated because this means I need to close my account unless someone will help, and it has been one of my passions to keep my small Amazon store going.
Please someone help me :(

I have also had a very small amount removed from my bank account from Mexico and I am concerned this may continue without my authorisation. I have had to suspend my bank cards until Amazon sorts this out. I have not even started selling yet and will only sell in Australia and have had nothing but issues and now this. I have no idea who to contact with regards to this matter.

Hello,
My name is JiAlex from the Community Manager team here on forums. I wanted to follow up on your post. In regards to your inquiry, this charges could be related to your monthly selling plan fee.
Selling plan fee can vary depending on whether your accounts are merged or not. Your merged accounts are listed in the store switcher at the top of the Seller Central page. If you have not merged your accounts, then you will pay the full subscription fee in each country (or region, in the case of Americas and Europe). If your accounts are merged, then you will pay a discounted subscription fee. Your monthly fee will be the lower of: (1) the sum of the subscription fees for each country in which you have active listings or (2) the equivalent of $39.99 USD per month.
For example, if you maintain merged Professional selling plan accounts in India ($0 subscription fee) and Mexico (600 MXN/$30.43 USD subscription fee), you would pay a subscription fee of $30.43 USD per month. If you maintain merged Professional selling plan accounts in North America ($39.99 USD subscription fee), Europe (€39.99/$45.94 USD subscription fee), and Japan (¥4,900/$44.18 USD subscription fee), you would just pay the equivalent of $39.99 USD, split proportionately across each country or region in which you have an active listing and charged separately in each local currency.
The amounts billed may vary based on exchange rates. The amounts billed will exclude tax (except in Brazil and Mexico) and exclude foreign transaction fees that may be charged by your bank.
If you feel this is not the case, our advise for you is to create a case with our support channel for further investigation.
Regards,
JiAlex
