Funds on hold because of an A-to-Z request for 40 days!
My funds are on hold because of an claim request which is delivered with signature confirmation. But my funds are given to the customer unfairly. Thats not the whole issue unfortunately. I have contacted with seller support and they have transferred the case to the claims team but no one answered for 40 DAYS!!
