credit card

i have a question regarding to business address and billing address of credit card

i have made a seller account on my own id card details i am the owner of this account

but i am not able to get a credit card because i am not earning.

can i use my dad's credit card as a charge method in my account?

is it dueable?

kindly someone help me.
