Nike brand Unjust Account Suspension for Allegedly Selling Counterfeit Nike Products
Dear Amazon Forum Community,
I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the suspension of my Amazon seller account on the grounds of allegedly selling counterfeit Nike products. I wish to clarify that all of my Nike products were purchased directly from the official Nike.com website. I have submitted the corresponding invoices multiple times as proof.
During a video conference with a member of the review team, I shared my screen and provided all necessary documentation, including the invoices from Nike's official website, credit card statements, and tracking numbers. I also presented my company documents and detailed the process by which I labeled and prepared the products for sale. I answered all questions thoroughly and demonstrated full compliance with Amazon's policies.
Despite providing substantial evidence to support the authenticity of my products, my account has not been reactivated. Moreover, I have not received clear communication regarding what additional information, if any, is required to resolve this issue. My store has now been closed for several months, leading to significant financial losses.
I am deeply disappointed by this outcome, as I never expected to encounter such challenges while selling on Amazon. It is particularly disheartening to see that many sellers who have been accused of selling counterfeit products have had their accounts reactivated, while mine remains suspended despite my adherence to Amazon's policies.
I am at a loss as to how to proceed and feel that I am facing a grave injustice.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance the community or Amazon support can offer in resolving this matter.

So that would be the website that specifies something like "Items purchased here are NOT for resale".
You don't have an invoice, you have a receipt. Nike is VERY clear about not authorizing 3P sellers on internet sites; even if you have a B&M store that sells Nike, you are not allowed to sell Nike on Amazon.
Too bad you didn't spend some time reading through the forums before listing your undocumented Nikes. You would have seen that listing Nike is a certain way to lose your account.
Since you never had authorization to sell Nike, and since Nike is NOT backing down on defending their distribution, there is nothing more you can do. You're done selling on Amazon.
Note also that you will not be receiving any of the funds in your account, even after 90 days have passed.

"I wish to clarify that all of my Nike products were purchased directly from the official Nike.com website. "
CONGRATULATIONS!
You are seller #1,250 that has been suspended for TRYING to sell Nike products on Amazon.
" I have submitted the corresponding invoices multiple times as proof."
NO, you have submitted RECEIPTS. You do NOT get an 'invoice' from a website.
"I am deeply disappointed by this outcome, as I never expected to encounter such challenges while selling on Amazon."
If you would have spent even a couple hours reading the Forum and studying Seller U you would have seen this coming. Not a day goes by that (generally) several sellers are not suspended for Nike, Adidas, and other well known brands.
"I am at a loss as to how to proceed and feel that I am facing a grave injustice."
You proceed to the exit door and do NOT let it hit you in the butt on the way out. You are done on Amazon FOREVER.
If you were doing FBA you will NOT get any merchandise back, and you will NOT receive any funds that are in your account.
Go sell your USED items on another site but LEARN THE RULES before even starting to do so.
Receipt equals USED.

No one but no one had their account reactivated after a Nike suspension.

No, you have a receipt. That's what you get when you buy from a retail site.
But obviously, you know more than all of the people who are trying to give you advice. Gee, I wonder why it is that it's YOUR account that is suspended.....

Hello BSA_BROS_LTD,
Thank you for using the Forums!
I wanted to follow up on the sourcing documentation requirements. Can you please verify that the invoices you've provided comply with the following:
• Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured. These documents:
• Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
• Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
• Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. Amazon may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
Additionally, please note that you can only resell branded items if you have a letter of authorization from the brand/rights owner.
Please visit the pages Responsible Sourcing documentation request requirements, Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy, Appeal an account deactivation or listing removal and Program Policies for more information.
Please let me know if you can provide the required documentation. I'm happy to discuss further if you have any questions.
Best,
-Nikki
