I don't have chat now or call me now button.

Dear All / Amazon Authorities;

I don't have chat or call me now button when I click in contact us button in account health page. I also don't have call me now or chat button in get help page.

I might have pushed a little bit more in order to solve the problem I face in the past. Or I might have create multiple case before. That's why my account could have been restricted.

I just would like to know if I can reverse this restriction for my account. I know I did not do something serious and it was at the beggining of my days in Amazon. So, I was unexperienced.

Is there any way that Amazon could forgive my minor mistake and reverse the restriction on my account?
