BIXME LLC SCAMMERS

I saw a thread on BIXME LLC but the thread is LOCKED. They keep buying things from me and one of their return was not the original item sent. Upon suspicion, I looked them up on Google and they have almost 0 stars due to their scam behavior on Amazon. How do I report these folks and get them OFF this site?!!!!!! There are threads on BIXME LLC but why are they still here????

Bixme LLC is likely a marketplace facilitator for a different country or a retail arbitrage business model in the US. They've been in business for years and Amazon hasn't really done much to police them or has and they changed how they do returns.

They use to claim product was damage with us but I guess they claimed that too often that Amazon stepped in and said if they continue to claim damages, then they probably have to shop elsewhere so they changed their return reason to be that a seller shipped them the wrong item. We ourselves have reported them for years and Safe-T claims, majority of which we win (however we are out initial postage still AND labor to pick/ship and then process/return to stock). Businesses should be liable for return postage and restocking fee unless they can provide reasons for their return to justify damage claims. Weird to have a business and a general consumer classified as the same when one is incentivized to return if they can't sell it within 30 days.

They have attempted to scam us as well, they've ordered from us for years. each time there is an issue, return, or A to Z.

They have been doing this to sellers for years and Amazon allows it to continue.
