Hi,
you need to click on i dont have product code and proceed , once your exception is approved amazon will provide u the ASTIN automatically, u cannot add ASTIN on your own its system generated , u can write your doubts to help desk they will assist in mail

ASIN stands for Amazon Standard Identification Number. ASINs are unique blocks of 10 letters and/or numbers that identify items and are generated by the system when you create a listing. If you are going through the Brand Registry application process you don't need to provide ASINs unless you already have branded products for sale on Amazon.
