"I'm from Brazil and my shipments will be made from here to the USA."
I've already asked support and they can't help me, does anyone know what can be done?

The message you are seeing is based on where you are.
In order to see what a domestic buyer sees, just change that "Deliver to" address at upper left when looking at the detail page.
