🚨Products showing as “Currently unavailable” despite available inventory

Hello Sellers,

Products on your Amazon store may appear as out of stock for many reasons:

  • Amazon has received orders equal to your last declared inventory amount.
  • You did not provide a quantity for your products when you created them.
  • You added this product to Amazon within the past 24 hours.
  • You failed to correct errors in a recent inventory file.

Steps you can take to troubleshoot if your inventory is showing as out of stock:

  • If you recently added your products to Amazon and they appear to be out-of-stock, wait 24 hours for our catalog information to fully update.
  • If you use inventory files to manage your products, you should check your latest inventory file uploads and correct any errors.
  • If no errors exist or you use the Add a Product feature in Seller Central to create your products, use the Manage Inventory feature in Seller Central to find your products and check their quantity. If the available inventory is zero, update your inventory.
  • If the Manage Inventory feature shows available inventory, contact us and include a list of product ASINs which appear to be out of stock.
