My name is Dougal and I would be happy to provide some resources to assist with getting your brand enrolled in Brand Registry, but before I go into that, you can sell your products if you aren't enrolled in Brand Registry. I recommend enrolling first, but that is your decision. If you are going to start selling while going through the Brand Registry enrollment process, and your Brand is not offered yet on Amazon, you will need to complete a Selling Application for your brand. Please review the Apply to sell a product, category, or brand Seller University video to learn how to get your brand name approved to use to create listings.

Next (or first) depending on your decision, you will need to obtain a Trademark(TM) from one of the 20 countries, EUIPO or WIPO accepts TM's from when enrolling in Amazon Brand Registry. Here are the eligibility requirements for enrolling and some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) on the program and process. There is also a Brand Registry application guide that is linked on the eligibility requirements page; just look for "To learn more about the Brand Registry application process, please review this guide." It is important to note that each accepted country has its own parameters, so please review the Enrollment guidelines for accepted trademark offices and select which country you are enrolling in. For example, since you live in Colombia and decide you want a US TM, please "note that the USPTO requires foreign-domiciled applicants or registrants to be represented by a US-licensed attorney." This will be explained in the Enrollment guidelines for the US help page.
