There isn't enough DG capable warehouses or space in this Country
Ours was reduced by over 90%. We had 10 cubic metres, we now have less than 1 cubic metre. We are now overstocked and unable to send anything in, so it looks like we will have to switch back to FBM.

I'm not sure but hope it gets cleaned up as it's a huge mess in Canada.
I sent in a shipment in July for Hazmat, it got checked in but never received, which is odd. I had to fight for a reimbursement in September but finally did get the reimbursement since they scanned it as "checked in" and it was no longer in Delivered Status.
In December they found the July shipment that I was reimbursed in September and finished receiving it.
I got dropped to 0.3 cubic metres from 9.97 cubic metres. I can only send in about 300 units at a time now, previously I could send in about 9000 units to hazmat/dangerous goods.
I was about to place some huge wholesale orders for next month but that's not gonna happen now.
I really hope they go to a ASIN based system like they did in 2020/2021 pandemic and allow high volume hazmat to be sent in, but I think they have to stick to the cubic metre storage system due to the limited space for hazmat in Canada FBA warehouses.
Hopefully after they get the backlog checked in and received that our limits get raised weekly.

We got an email on February 7th, the date in the email is February 5th.
Our inventory space was reduce to 0.01 cubic meters and we are being threatened with overage fees of 460$ per cubic meter per month for our current in stock inventory.
I opened a case and was told to ask for more DG space, which we did, and was told that my request was denied.
So essentially, 48h past the irrevocable decision, we were told that our new space was reassessed to barely anything and that there was nothing we can do other than to dispose of our current inventory OR pay the overage fees.
This is madness.

Yup, same nightmare for us. Space is reduced to an impossible quantity.
