If you get permission (in writing) from Victoria's Secret to sell their products on Amazon, then yes.
But that will never happen, so short answer: NO.
Go through Seller U, and spend a couple of weeks reading the forums. You are not ready to sell on Amazon.

Maybe the better question is does Victoria Secret want you to sell their brand on Amazon? The answer (spoiler alert) is a profound NO. They are also an important enough and powerful enough brand to keep you and others from selling their brand on Amazon. In fact, one of the reasons they became a seller on the Amazon platform was to keep their products sold by themselves, and themselves, only. You will see similar scenarios with other popular apparel brands as well.
There is still hope as you could work to develop your own apparel brand and build it into a powerhouse to the point that you can dictate who sells it on Amazon.
