Our product doesn't have Category Breadcrumbs, does that mean it doesn't show in the Category?
Hey fellow sellers,
We have a strange issue with one of our listings. When creating the listing the category was placed correctly, when trying to use the Browse Node Tool from Amazon, it successfully displays few categories which are correct.
However, we used a third party tool for an unrelated problem and it couldn't get the Category information from the ASIN and it displayed just as "null". Digging deeper into the issue, we noticed that on the Amazon Product Page, we don't have the Breadcrumbs on the top which show the category of the product. All of our competitors have it there and their categories seem correct.
Has anybody encountered similar issues?
