Identity verification
I received the below email from Amazon:
"We have verified your documents, however as an enhanced security measure, you must complete an additional identity verification check before you are eligible to sell on Amazon.com. Take one of the following actions to complete your identity verification: -- Take a photo of your face and ID document using the Seller Central ID document photo service..... "
I searched for "ID document photo service" on Amazon seller central and I got this answer:
"Here are the steps to add your seller ID document photo in Seller Central:
1. Go to Seller Central and click on Settings.
2. Under Account Info, click on Manage users.
3. Click on Edit for the user you want to add the ID photo for...."
Can't locate the button "Manage Users"
Can anybody help?
