This bad Review Has Ruined My Sales!!! :(

So i currently have 6 reviews on my product and when i recieved a 1 star review my sales just completely dumped. i have a gut feeling that it was my competitors doing but i have no way to prove it.

What do i do now?????

I can understand how frustrating this must be for you.

The Customer product reviews contains an intro video to Amazon’s customer product review policies. Amazon encourages buyers to review the products they like and dislike to help customers make informed decisions about the products they purchase. To ensure that reviews remain helpful, sellers must comply with Customer product reviews policies.

To report possible violations:

  1. Send an email to community-help@amazon.com, specifying the location of the content and the reason you believe it violates the guidelines.
  2. Identify the product review and click the Report button on the review (see screenshot)

What sellers can do to escalate feedback review by Amazon's team:

If you find that feedback needs additional review in the future, please try the following steps:

  1. Open a Seller Support case to request specific review of the feedback and supporting material.
  2. Provide as much detail as possible - include previous case/appeal IDs, related buyer-seller messaging, etc.
  3. If denied, let us know and we can review to determine additional escalation paths
