Zebra ZP505 not printing
I recently started selling on Amazon, but I still need help getting my Zebra ZP505 to print shipping labels. When I click on Print Label, Zebra will drop out a blank label. It looks like it's printing, but I only get a blank label. I contacted Amazon tech support, but they told me they have nothing to do with printers. I know this sprinter is working fine because I am printing labels on eBay without any problem. I have been searching the internet and YouTube but without any luck. I am using PC, Win10, Google Chrome, USPS, and yes I tried on a different browser. Same thing. Please help. Thanks

There is something about Amazon that the Zebra drivers do not like. Google "Seagull Printer Drivers" and download their free driver for your Zebra. These drivers have solved many of the problems that Amazon sellers have had with Zebra printers.

For some reason my 505 struggle so I switch to Zebra 450, I recalled in order to make it work (ZP505) I download Zebra 500 software and it work I believe is two different one's but try different drives

I rather fight a rabid grizzly bear than ever deal with zebra printers again.
You need to ensure whatever port your USB is connected to is what port you download the driver for - typically, you will not be able to change ports easily after selecting one.
Download the driver for your USB port selection (can get the drive on UPS or Zebra Website)
Enable sharing on the device.

You can download as a zpl file and send directly to your printer.
may be slightly different as we use a ZP500 Plus
- open printer queue
- click printer menu ---> printing preferences
- click tools tab
- select "action" under command type
- select "send file" under command name
- click the "..." at the bottom and browse to your downloads folder and select the file.
- click "send"
