Application for Amazon Handmade
I am an Amazon seller and a handmade creator, previously we applied for Amazon handmade status and prepared to sell our handmade products on Amazon. But since I am not yet familiar with the rules about handmade on Amazon, when we received the review email from Amazon about our handmade product, we failed to respond to the email within the required time, and we lost our Amazon Handmade Artist status.
Afterward, we reflected deeply and sent several emails to Amazon about our handmade products, hoping that Amazon would re-review and restore our status as handmade artists. However, the reviewers on Amazon's handmade team would only respond with templates and would no longer entertain our requests.
Can anyone please help?

you don't need to be familiar with anything to take your business serious. That includes reading and responding to notifications. At this point, it's done
