Amazon Builder Randomly and Constantly Crashing/Dying; "Issues" Section No Longer Exists At All
I am at my wits' end with getting my Store accepted and published.
The Store Builder interface is constantly dying, showing some sort of HTTP Error 400/403 for ten to twenty minutes at a time, sometimes back to back. This happens with the Customer Support page as well, and I'm not able to start a chat with a support agent.
On top of that, and much more urgent, is the fact that I'm stuck in a seemingly infinite loop with trying to fix unknowable issues with my Store. Specifically, the orange section that shows the current "Issues" with your Store is no longer showing up at all in the Builder interface.
Previously, over the past month and a half, I submit my Store for approval, get an email saying there are issues, and when I open the Builder to remedy them, I am only shown some of them if I'm shown any at all. No matter what I do or what the Issues section shows (when it does at all), when I click on "Submit for Approval", it always says there are more issues, even though the Issues section is either empty or not present at all. Therefore, it is physically impossible for me to know what issues there are, on what page/section, and what I need to do to remedy them.
I've gone through over fifteen different submit->reject->fix->submit cycles, and every time it's something that wasn't shown as an issue the previous time. I've sent several requests to Customer Support via email and each time they/it tells me of one or two issues to fix. When I fix those—again, sometimes these "issues" don't even show up in the Builder interface or the "Issues" section if the "Issues" section is even present—the Builder still warns that there are more issues to be fixed, though the "Issues" section is not present, or if it is, it doesn't show any current issues.
This is driving me absolutely mad. What can I do in this situation? Support hasn't been helpful since I can't find out so far whether there actually are additional yet hidden issues or whether I've addressed them all and the logic behind the Submit button is broken. I'm at a loss.

Hi @Seller_i1gUXR4AlXHIh!
I wanted to jump in here to offer my support. If you have a case ID from a support case you opened, I'd be more than happy to look into this and go from there!
