What's wrong with warehouse center PPO4?

What's wrong with warehouse center PPO4? We sent our shipment to this FC center and then nobody received the boxes. DHL delivered the boxes to PPO4 on April 11 and then nobody dealt with them in following days. Seller support told us everything here was normal. If this is true, all stuff in Amazon must be blind. In the meanwhile, other sellers told us this hell place would never receive our shipments. Today one of them told us he had waited for 22 days but still nobody received his shipments. The shipment was just marked as delivered for 22 days, nothing happened.

Also, it seems they don't accept USPS SPDs. Why in gods name the shipping plan requires to ship there if they are unable to find an agreement with the local post office?

Receiving and checking in inventory at FBA centers is not anywhere close to instantaneous. April 11th was only 4 days ago (including a weekend), so I'm not surprised that your item(s) have not been checked in.

Same thing happened to my friend they told him that they are researching his shipment, and it will take 60 days more or they will reimburse him for damages or lost items. He sent that shipment in February it's already been two and half months.

It does look like you have three units missing. Were you able to submit a request to reconcile your shipment?
