Counterfeit complaint without test buy
We received a counterfeit complaint this morning. The complaint came from another brand toward our brand. Our product is an accessory for their product and we very thorough with providing our own imagery and stating "Compatible With" when mentioning their brand name. We have followed Amazon's TOS and guidelines for this.
We were about to appeal this baseless claim when we are only presented with these options below. Please tell me how we are supposed to respond to this claim... We are brand registered with a pending design mark for our brand. Our products are 100% authentic and manufactured by our brand. Thanks for any help.

Check your backend KWs, if the brand name is in there it can cause this flag. I used to run a copywriting dept for a large automotive company and it was critical we used specifically "compatible with" and then the brand name, part number, and any other details. We also only did this in 2 places - the title briefly and the A+ for the long list.
The other thing to note is that you cannot use their logo or any branded images.
Also, if their product is patented (you would be surprised to see how much has been patented, but it can only be one function on the entire device) you might have to prove where yours is different.
Article that might help you pick out what is causing the trigger: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G201361070?mons_sel_mkid=amzn1.mp.o.ATVPDKIKX0DER&mons_sel_mcid=amzn1.merchant.o.A2G00SXN6CDD3T&mons_sel_persist=true

Greetings @Seller_m1kvtRZcQzPyz,
Thank you for utilizing the seller's forum to obtain help with a counterfeit complaint from another brand towards your brand.
When you say that a product is compatible with a trademarked product you can use the brand name to indicate that compatibility in the text of your detail page. You cannot use a logo to indicate compatibility, only the brand name. Any statement you make about compatibility must be true.
If you want to indicate the compatibility of your product with a product of a different brand in the product title, please use this format:
[Your Product’s Brand Name] + [Product Name] + "for"/”compatible with”/”fits”/”intended for” + [Brand of Main Product] + [Main Product Name] + (other product title elements, if applicable)
Make sure to review Amazon's Brand Name Policy. Failing to apply the specified format to your product title may result in the removal of your listing due to potential trademark infringement issues.
If you did everything listed above, you should not use the questionnaire provided on your post.
If you haven't previously sold or listed the product in question, please contact the account health team through your account health page. Simply click on "Appeal" next to the listing that's at risk of removal and follow the provided instructions.
If you believe that the rights owner has mistakenly issued the violation, you can reach out to them directly and request that they retract the violation.
Please note that we only accept retractions submitted directly by the rights owner. Forwarded or attached retractions will not be accepted. You can find the link to contact the rights owner on your performance notification.
Please visit the page Intellectual Property Policy for Sellers for more information.
The forums community and I are committed to assisting you. Feel free to share how we can support you moving forward. We're here to help in any way we can.
Wish you all the best,
