Amazon can't verify my Credit Card though I've made several payment using it

I'm facing a serious issue with my Seller Central account.

I owe $1075 to Amazon and after several attempts to charge my credit card, Amazon is unable to charge on my card. I have available funds in my account and there is nothing that I violated or did not maintain the requirements that Amazon mentioned to add for the card.

When I tried to replace the card, every time Amazon sent a notification that Amazon was unable to charge my credit card. I've contacted several time to my financial corporation and they confirmed that there was nothing issues or restriction from their side.

I'm not sure why Amazon can't verify my credit card where I've paid multiple times using the same card in previous.

I'm unable to contact seller central support I'm not sure why.

It might be for an Account deactivated/suspended due to a billing issue.

I really need your support guys. Please help me solve this issue.

Are you using a debit or a credit card? Amazon will change a debit card for your fees but you need to have a credit card on file in order to sell.

Posting a link to the credit card requirements from the Seller Help page for you below.

Do you have a credit card entered on the buyer side, in the buyer account that was created when you first signed up for your seller account? Check there first and if you don't, enter one, give it time to update, then change it on the seller side. If there is one there, delete it, re-enter or enter a different credit card, give it time to update, then update it on the seller side. The associated buyer side seems to control the seller side.

I didn't add this credit card to my Buyer account.

Our suggestion would be to follow the advice in the below linked thread; change the card on the buyer side first, give it time to update, then change it on the seller side.

For those who are unaware, when you create a selling account, Amazon also creates an associated buying account for you.
