Seeking Advice on Cost-Effective Shipping to FBA YYZ3 Toronto
Hey Fellow Sellers,
I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to reach out to the community for some advice and insights regarding shipping oversized products to FBA YYZ3 in Toronto. I've done some research and noticed that UPS can be quite expensive for this type of shipment, even though the fulfillment center is just 15 kilometers away from my warehouse.
I'm wondering if any of you have experience or knowledge about alternative shipping methods, such as renting a small truck to deliver products directly to the YYZ3 location. I'd appreciate any advice or recommendations you might have in this regard. It could potentially help me save on shipping costs and improve the efficiency of my fulfillment process.
If you've had any experience with this or have suggestions on cost-effective shipping solutions, please share your insights. Your input would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance for your help.

UPS partnered shipping is going to be the cheapest. You won't find a cheaper courier to do so.
Renting a truck is going to cost more than UPS, as you have to have a bonded and insured shipping company before they will even let you into the yard, and the availability to make appointments directly with Amazon 24 hours a day. It only really becomes cost effective to start doing that if you are making over 7 figures a year.

amazon.ca does not let you pick which fufillment location to ship your product to (amazon.com has that option)
amazon.ca has partnered shipping with discounts when sending product to one of their warehouse locations. Or are you saying that the partnered shipping is too expensive?

Hello, @Seller_USNt151a78sec,
This is Sunnie, from Amazon.
As mentioned by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7 and @Seller_y7W9ccUlauftE, UPS partnered shipping is offering you a discounted price for shipping your items to our Fulfillment Centers. You cannot take your products yourself to the fulfillment center, and you cannot choose the Fulfillment Center. The Fulfillment Center is defined by the system based on availability and any special care requirements your products may have.
