Same ASIN - but different master box packing
I'm sending in my first shipment to Amazon FBA. I'm sending 1000 same ASIN products. My manufacturer has created 27 Master boxes of 36 pieces each and 1 Master box of 28 pieces. How do I create a shipping template for this scenario? I have already created packing templates - but am unable to add boxes of 2 different packing templates in single shipping.

So, Amazon's max box size is 25" on any side. If your master cases are larger than 25" that's a problem.
As far as 2 different case pack quantities we do it all the time.
In Send To Amazon, create two different packing templates for the same SKU:
Then you add the one case to the shipment and then choose 'add packing line' for the 2nd case.
