I cannot save my ship from adress

hello guys,

I am trying to save my (ship from address) to continue sending my product to amazon warehouse . but it wont let me save the address and the save button is greyed out .

please be respectful with your comments.

We appreciate that you've posted and shared with the community your question about your ship-from address.

That's odd, you shouldn't have any problems adding, deleting or updating your ship-from address on your Seller Account.

We highly recommend you to clear your cache and cookies from your Internet browser and restart it just to make sure there's nothing interfering your page navigation, also you can try another browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) to check if the issue persists.

Also, if you want to delete your current address, you need to add a new address first before deleting the current one (if you only have one), and then choose the new address as the default shipping address.
