Next Day Air Order, ALL shipping options show Late

What do I do here? Got a Next Day Air shipment that just came through a few hours ago. Order shows Ship by Tue, Dec 24 and deliver by Thu, Dec 26.

I go down to the Amazon shipping services, and ALL of the available shipping options show Late Delivery Risk and none will arrive on time. Even UPS Next Day Air service. So none of these will offer us any shipment protection for any issues if something happens.

First time seeing an issue like this. Is this a bug? Not sure what to do with this order.. cancel and get a ding on my account, or ship and pray the customer doesn't report an issue and we are out all the money.

Yep, we are having the same issue and I reported it in this post earlier: UPS.

I opened Case ID 16903786071 with Amazon Seller Support this morning, but received no help, as usual. They just said go get the UPS labels outside of Amazon Buy Shipping if the UPS system is showing correct delivery times (no protections by Amazon then, of course).

Anyway, Amazon thinks that the UPS Air services are not working today, which is wrong.

Same here all shippers are way behind the 8 ball. I spoke to two of them today and they said there's delays everywhere. Makes it kind of hard to please a customer. Yet all being said we will end up taking the blame even though it's not our fault.
