I have been selling in the Mexican market with the UZE STORE store for almost 2 years.
During this time, I delivered nearly 250 orders.
Since I cannot take care of my store during my wedding and honeymoon period, I took my store on vacation so that Amazon customers would not be harmed.
When I started my business again, I started selling in my store, 80 percent of my orders have been delivered so far, and 20% has been delivered to the cargo company to be delivered.
Although I sent them a PDF file with order information and proof of delivery to Amazon, I received a negative response.
Since the account review continues, I cannot receive payment for my delivered orders and this situation disrupts my financial stability.
