Call Me Now Feature Disabled

Hello,

I have been trying to get a call back from you guys but due to the communication loses happened yesterday, the feature of contact us button on our page has been removed.

I totally understand that the team thinks there is a violation of the code of conduct. But as we explained before, this call errors were an accident. The phone number we have been using uses internet communication. There were some electrictians in our building to fix the elevators and they constantly cut the power all over again. That caused the communication loses.

Today I learned from a colleague from AH team that due to a violation the contact us feature on my account were disabled.

Our account is deactivated 4 months ago and we have been getting call backs without any issue, and we never misused the call me now button since that date.

Please let us regain the 'Contact Us' feature. Contacting you again is pretty important for us to get further explanation on how to reinstate our account.

We wanted to check in and see if you were still unable to reach our team. If you find that you are having issues in maintaining contact, we would advise on waiting and attempting at a later time.

Be sure to also clear your cookies and cache as well as attempting on different browsers. If you are still being impacted, then we ask that you provide a response on this thread.

At this stage we cannot offer any additional information surrounding your inability to make calls to the account health team. You advised this was due to a policy violation which is some situations will make you unable to contact specific teams if they cannot offer guidance or support.

You mentioned this was due to a code of conduct violation, what exactly took place? When the account was deactivated, did you receive a notice you can provide here so we can offer additional guidance on resolving the issue?

Please help us unblock our numbers. As we mentioned, there was a connection issue on that date so that is why I had to create multiple calls. I am sorry about that and I assure it won't happen again. Even if I have such electricity problem in the future, I will not create calls until the problem is totally fixed.

As mentioned above we cannot fix this situation associated to a policy violation as this may be the process for that situation. At this time you will need to offer the requested information to resolve the violation, otherwise the account will remain deactivated.
