Recently we have seen posts around mouth tape and sellers asking how can they get their listings reinstated.

Amazon takes product safety and compliance very seriously, which is why we have a clear policy regarding mouth tape products. Mouth tape refers to tape or strips that are affixed to the mouth, usually covering both the upper and lower lips, to restrict the ability to open the mouth during sleep. These products are sometimes marketed for addressing sleep issues, disorders, or undesirable outcomes that can occur during sleep in order to regulate airflow through the nose.

Per our current policy, Amazon does not allow the listing or sale of non-compliant or prohibited products, including mouth tapes. This includes not only products explicitly marketed as "mouth tape," but also similar products like micropore tape, athletic tape, jaw tape, or medical tape that could be used for the same purpose, as well as any products that are visually similar and intended for use as mouth tapes during sleep.
