False counterfeit complaint with invoice

Nightmare, I purchased 80 items and sent to FBA, it sold fast so i started a replenish inventory for another 240 units in inventory lab. I got a counterfeit complaint when there was 2 units left from the first order, So i sent the invoice and Amazon said they wanted the invoice to show the total units i had in inventory, however the additional 240 was showing inbound because i started it in inventory lab, once i finished the order with the distributor they sent me the invoice with the date they shipped. Amazon isn't accepting that invoice because they say the invoice has to be with a date before the complaint and unluckily the date on second invoice is the same day of the complaint. Even tho the fist invoice is from a month before the complaint. I called multiple times, sent over 20 appeals and no one can solve my issue. don't know what else to do.

I don't use inventory lab.

My shipments to amazon show "inbound" only after the carrier scanned the packages.

How are your shipments inbound if you did not ship them?

Usually amazon requests invoices that reflect actual sales.

Strange.
