Account deactivated in linkedin with another account
My account is deactivated with another account. I know the other account, but never own that account.
Once I added a card of another person to my account and after that, my account got deactivated. It's been more than 1 year. I submit appeals but Amazon keeps rejecting them and says, "We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time."
And, the credit card that was added to my account, belongs to one of the friends of my friend. It's been almost a year, I never contacted him again.
I've removed the addresses and that card from my account, but now in this case scenario, how can I prove that I never owned that account?
I already submitted my Government ID Card, The Electricity and Internet Bills that I pay, my Payoneer's Account Statement (I've added it as a Deposit Method), my Payoneer's Confirmation of receiving Account, my Local Bank Account Statement (Added it as a Charge Method). Amazon rejected all these docs.
Please help so I can reinstate my account.

And there you go. Accounts can not share any information. This is what happens when sellers get into Amazon without reading and understanding the rules.
It takes more than these docs to resolve the issue. You have to appeal with a valid explanation, details on how you've resolved the mistake and a plan to prevent the issue.
Here's a template of sorts to get you started.
--Root Cause
Use of VA or 3P
- What insight can you provide with regards to the history of your business?
- Potential managing agency name, website, contact (e-mail and/or phone).
- How and when did you engaged the potential managing agency?
Overlapping Account Details
- What details overlapped
- Whose details were they?
- Why did they overlap?
--Corrective Measures
- What research have you done to verify none of your information has been used in relation to another account?
- What have you done to remove details from your own account?
--Preventive Measures
- What actions have you taken to ensure there are no connections between your account and any other account?
- What actions have you taken to prevent this form happening again

Hi there @Seller_uiGrN3bjEw61Q,
I appreciate you utilizing the Seller Forums and providing this insight to your situation.
I understand your account has been deactivated due violations of the Seller Code of Conduct and Multiple Accounts policy. You have identified the account, which belongs to your friend, and the account is linked to his account due to utilizing his credit card.
Have you ensured both your account and your friend's accounts no longer share any information? Was this the only piece of information present on both accounts, or was there more? When did this information first appear on both accounts? When was the date of removal? Did you update any other information on your account? Any password changes or extra security added to your account?
If you are unable to prove that the two accounts are no longer related, the next step is to get your friend's account reactivated. Is this possible? It might be the quickest way to get up and running.
Best,
Stevie

Hi @Seller_uiGrN3bjEw61Q,
Thank you for the update. I understand you are dealing with an ongoing related accounts issue. In this scenario, we have found shared information between you and the account to which you are linked. This does not mean that you necessarily own the other account, but rather there is a link between the two of them. The other account has been deactivated, and due to the shared information between the two accounts, your account has also been deactivated.
Why did you add another person's card to your account? Is this other person the owner of the account to which you are linked? Are there any other points of contact between the two of you that would affect the accounts?
You would want to provide details answering the previously shared questions as well as time frame when this information was removed from your account and when the last contact took place between these accounts. You will also want to explore to see if any other other points of contact exist that need to be addressed. With this in mind, please consider the following:
- Have you had any third party assisting you with the account?
- Who all has user permissions within the account (in addition to the individual you have already referenced)?
- If applicable, what is your relationship to these people?
- Do any of these individuals have their own selling accounts? Examples could be family members, current or former employees, or third party entities.
- If so, what information could have been shared between the accounts?
- If applicable, do these individuals still have access to your account specifically?
- What devices have been used to access the account?
- What is the timeline of contact with the other account?
Once you have determined the answers to these questions, you will then want to create and submit a plan of action that details the results of your investigation, where, when, and what kind of information was shared between the two accounts, and how this contact will no longer take place in the future.
Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.
Regards,
Troy
