FBA inbound shipment Carrier Missed Pickup Amazon Freight LTL

Not sure if anyone facing the same problem or just me, we been sending shipments to FBA for many years, the service was great and everything was quite accurated. However since around 2 months ago many of my shipments are delayed because of missed pickup, one of the shipment was supposed to be pickup about one month ago and now it still sitting in my warehouse. While prime day is coming to the corner and the forth quarter holiday sales are coming very soon, we are so worry about our FBA inventory level, anyone here has the same problem and has the solution like shipping to FBA by outside carrier??

Yep, it's been awful. Right now we've been waiting a month(!!) for a set of LTL shipments to be picked up since I booked it through seller central > partnered carriers. They awarded it to Estes but after no action for 2+ weeks they've retendered to Pilot and now ~10 days later we still haven't heard anything from Pilot... it's nuts, it used to be that a week was unheard of now that's the new normal.

We've had issues with pickups not happening for the day we schedule them for the last few months. We will even call the trucking company's local hub and they will tell us they don't show any pickups for the day we scheduled it. They usual will come with in a day or two but if not, and I have the BOL and all of the documents needed I will call the trucking company and schedule a pickup myself.

LTL freight is a total disaster since Yellow went out of business, it's put a lot of strain on all the other carriers

Thanks for posting, and apologies for the frustration this missed LTL pickup has caused.

The standard process for issues like this is to contact the carrier directly to obtain the planned pickup date for your shipment or to re-plan your shipment’s pickup. If you are unable to solve a missed pick-up issue, submit a Carrier Missed Pickup request. (You might be at this step based on your description of the issue). Mention that your issue relates to Partnered carrier delayed shipment pickup assistance to ensure your case is handled efficiently. Provide the Shipment ID, Amazon Reference ID, assigned carrier, estimated pickup date, and ARN from your shipment’s BOL
