I am a non resident of US. I am not a citizen or permanent resident of US.
I just created LLC in USA (Sole Member)
While updating Tax classification, I am not sure what should I select Individual or Business?
As there is no option to enter EIN if I select I am not a US entity. Will I be eligible for Wholesale FBA?

The owner of your .com seller account is an American LLC. That is the seller and not YOU and your private address.
Btw: How does this US LLC intends to deliver an utility bill, necessary for the account verification?
