I am writing for the A'to Z request. Our customer said that we do not provide a return label. However, we added a prepaid label to the system and sent a message to our customer. If our customer did not see this, it is not our fault. They are receiving a prepaid label from us and not sending the product, and by opening a complaint, they are damaging our account health and are charging for the product that is not returned. This behavior is wrong. This behavior is an attack on us by Amazon. This behavior shows that the complaint has not been reviewed. Please review and change the decision.
