Invalid EPA COC number

Hello, Dear Amazon team,
I have uploaded the relevant EPA number and found it available on the EPA official website, which corresponds to the relevant product ingredients and brand.
But I received their response said that my EPA coc number is invalid, Please provide the product’s emissions EPA COC number rather than a permeation EPA COC number (a permeation EPA COC number will have the letter “P” as the fifth character of the EPA COC number).
So I ask my producer and provide the new EPA number which fifth character is "P"as requested, but it's still invalid.
I cannot confirm Amazon’s EPA number verification method, but I can confirm that my EPA number can be found on the EPA official website. I provided the customer service with the file forms and screenshots downloaded from the relevant official website, but still received the same reply.
I have no way to recover my listing, can someone help me?

You should be providing the ✅ Emissions EPA COC number
NOT
The ❌ Permeation EPA COC number (which is the number you have been sharing in your appeal with the "P" as the fifth letter).
Please locate the Emissions EPA COC number for ASIN on CASE ID 16476060051 and share that information in your next appeal.
