FBA LTL Shipment Liftgate Charge?
Hello, due to the recent placement fee changes it would seem far more advantageous for us to start shipping in pallets of prepped boxes for our FBA catalog, however, we can't seem to find any info on if the Amazon Partner Carrier for the LTL shipment option has a LIFT GATE on their pick-up trucks (OR, if we can request a liftgate for a certain extra fee). We do not have a viable loading dock at our current warehouse and utilize lift gates for inbound shipments and any outbound pallet sized shipments, we tried emailing and calling our account rep 3 times without any sort of answer in regard to this question (shocker). Does anyone have experience with the LTL pickup option? Do they always show up with lift gates? Can we request one for a fee? or are we sorry, out of luck and would need to schedule our own third party pickup/delivery? Much appreciated and happy selling ladies & gents!
