Sending single SKU item on a pallet with no box

Hello, I'm looking to send in a couple LTL pallets and when going through the create a shipping plan process it was asking me for the box details, my products don't need to be boxed as they're bags of weed killer and the product itself is the box. So I was wondering if I can consider the entire pallet a "box" and have all the products under one box then I would place the box label on the outside of the pallet next to the pallet labels or I should consider each product a "box" and put the box label on top of each product (they all have UPCs).

Hello @Seller_QM64Pkc6oCYBI- and thank you for joining the community here on the forums!

Every box on a pallet should have a unique FBA Box ID label. You'll share the box content information which will provide the Fulfillment Center with relevant details like the unit quantity of each SKU per box as well as any expiration dates, and the box weight and dimensions.

For single SKU pallets you will also attach a label indicating that. You can read more about that label, and this process as a whole, on this help page. You might also be interested in more information on shipping label requirements and FBA Labeling, but do let me know if you encounter any other questions on this!

Best,

Danny

Hey @Seller_QM64Pkc6oCYBIdid you ever get a concrete answer on this? I cannot find anything on shipping unboxed items stacked on a pallet. This person (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/2a65323d-564d-4180-9da2-bf24c5049e8b?postId=b2324159-2ed4-4875-8739-15525c7fb9a9) asked quite explicitly and got no real answer.

I just copy your text to help and get this:

We have the same issues with 3 different clients, so this is helpful.

So key is the consider pallet as a box.
