Appeal for Reinstatement of Terminated Amazon Merch On Demand Account (6k tier)

I am writing to appeal the recent termination of my Amazon Merch On Demand account and respectfully request a reconsideration of this decision.
Since my acceptance into the Amazon Merch On Demand program on September 26, 2018, I have diligently upheld the Amazon Content Policy and the Amazon Merch On Demand Services Agreement. Throughout this time, I have been committed to maintaining a healthy account and have consistently strived to comply with all guidelines and regulations. It is through this dedication that I was able to achieve Tier 6k status with over 7k sales in total.
Despite multiple attempts to address my account termination, I have not received a satisfactory response or explanation from Amazon Merch On Demand support. Therefore, I am writing on this forum directly, as I believe clarity and transparency are essential in resolving this matter.
On March 11, 2024, I received a Termination Notice email, which came as a surprise to me. After multiple discussions with Amazon Merch On Demand support, I was informed that my account was correctly terminated due to violations of the Terms of Use. However, upon further investigation, I discovered that my wife's account was terminated at the same time as mine (hers at 21:27 and mine at 21:28 GMT+1 ).
It came to my attention that my wife purchased her Amazon Merch On Demand account, which is a clear infringement of the Amazon Services Terms of Use. Although my wife and I maintain separate Amazon Merch On Demand accounts, we do share the same debit card for our Amazon Advertising expenses.
I suspect that Amazon terminated her account and erroneously linked it to mine, leading to the termination of my account as well. I want to emphasize that I have always operated my account independently and have never violated any of Amazon's policies intentionally.
Therefore, I humbly appeal to the Amazon team and the community here on the forums to help me understand the circumstances surrounding the termination of my account and explore potential avenues for appeal. I am fully committed to resolving any issues and ensuring strict compliance with all Amazon policies moving forward. Your guidance and assistance in this matter are greatly appreciated.
